Are there changing areas for the bride, groom, and/or wedding party?
Yes! You will have access to the Windmill Barn and its ground-floor lounge and second-floor Bridal Suite. Our wedding package also includes Trillium Cottage, our spacious retreat that is home to the Groom’s Quarters.
Can we have our rehearsal dinner here? Or a morning-after brunch?
Yes! We offer you the entire weekend to celebrate as you see fit. You may arrive as early as 11am on Friday with a leisurely 11am Sunday departure.
Can I hire my own vendors?
We are pleased to welcome any licensed vendor with whom you wish to partner. Our Grand Barn has a full-size indoor prep kitchen, we have two designated areas for food trucks, and you have the option to bring your own food.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Of course! We have two on-site bars to station your licensed bartenders. You must obtain a Banquet Permit, as all state and federal laws concerning consumption of alcohol apply.
Are we able to bring our own decorations?
Absolutely. We just require final approval on your ideas since our buildings are more than 100 years old!
Do you provide heaters and/or umbrellas for the outdoor spaces?
Our open patio features a number of tables with umbrellas, and you have access to a 20’x40’ outdoor tent. We also provide five standing outdoor heaters.
Do you offer on-site coordination?
Two attendants will be available, one to assist with parking and one facilities supervisor. The facilities supervisor will be on hand to provide assistance as needed, including day-of chair and table placement. We highly recommend hiring a day coordinator for your event.
Are tables, linens, chairs, etc. provided?
We provide 12 farmhouse banquet tables, two sweetheart chairs, 120 indoor ceremony chairs, and 120 outdoor folding chairs. Linens, glassware and tableware are not included.

How many restrooms are there?
We have four centrally located outdoor restrooms for your guests, as well as a private restroom in our Trillium Cottage.
